Chandra Shekhar Azad Inter College Deogaon is an aided Government Intermediate College. It is located on the NH 727A- Gauri Bazar in between district of Deoria and Gorakhpur. It is 18 kilometres away from the district headquarter, Deoria.

Chandra Shekhar Azad Inter College Deogaon came in existence in 1951 to quench the thirst of imparting quality education. The foundation of vidyalaya was laid by some eminent personalities of the village Deogaon, who were committed to education. The college was set up with a view of social service. In the beginning, it was started with limited resources but with the passage of time local community came forward and contributed a lot to the development of the vidyalaya.

In 1957 it was recognised by Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad to provide education upto 10th class with 08 subjects and in 1966 up to 12th class with it subjects. Today, Chandra Shekhar Azad Inter College Deogaon is an esteemed institution with a strength of 1950 students and 22 permanent teachers and 13 employees on its roll.
